About quality control,JIAZHEN always do 4 times check before export:
- raw material check
- Quality and effect check in accordance with the first and the end piece must be checked,every 5 weight100 kilograms must be sampling detection.(texture ,gloss check etc).
- performance check after production( bend test,anti scratch etc).
- Color difference detection Delta E average color difference≤0.5, compared with the customer standard, support color difference report.
